Starf Online provides behavioural training to managers so they become more effective at predicting employee behaviour.
It's easy, it's smart, and it's proven.
Training courses are held at Withers Tsang & Co. Ltd (Starf Licensed Seller), 24-26 Pollen Street, Ponsonby, Auckland. Fee includes all materials and refreshments (you can bring your own laptops, provided they have wireless capability).
Starf User Training (4 hours)
This HR3a course is open to all Starf users who have accepted Starf Ltd Terms and Conditions of Business. The course involves a workshop with Starf Coaches who help you understand how Starf works and to create a good Job Description of your own. You'll also discover how to use Starf 360 Performance Reviews.
These courses are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month (except January), 9am - 1pm. $495 (plus GST).

Starf Pro HR1 Training (2 days)
How to identify behavioural competencies for any job and how to assess candidates against behavioural competencies using a systematic selection process for a given position. There are monthly courses held throughout the year.
Next open course will be held on Thursday 9th September & Friday 10th September 2010, 9am - 5pm. $1994 (plus GST).

Starf Pro HR2 (2 days)
This course is open to graduates of HR1 training. How to mutually agree future performance objectives and action plans with an employee who reports to you. How to review past performance against previously agreed objectives. How to develop mutually agreeable specific action plans to resolve acknowledged performance deficiencies. How to give feedback on individual performance. How to counsel an employee who reports to you in respect of adverse workplace behaviour. There are monthly courses held throughout the year.

Starf Pro HR3 (2 days)
HR3 training open to graduates of HR 2 courses and is a participative workshop to create Starf Online Job Descriptions. How to utilise the Starf Online tools with the greatest effectiveness. How to set up and utilise the RMS (Recruitment Management System), corporate careers site and talent pool management. There are monthly courses held throughout the year.
